Filip Sindelar
I have prepared two training plan segments - four days focused on angles, how to square against the shot and the second four days focused on your puck tracking. Both skills can be effectively developed here in Sense Arena. Duration of the training days is approx. 25 to 35 min. Keep getting better and enjoy.
Dave Stathos
Dave Stathos has over 30 years of experience coaching goalies of all levels in Canada, the U.S.A, and Europe. Based on his experience, Dave prepared a unique training plan focused on developing a very important skill - reading the game. If you can read the game well, you can be one step ahead of others and have much more time and space to make the play.
Kris Versteeg
I created a six-day program in which I show how to use Sense Arena for offensive skills development in the slot and for creating an offensive play from behind the net. The most important is to keep your good body position for a shot and your split-second decision-making in small area game situations. The sessions take approx. 15 min.
Marek Schwarz
Marek created an eight day program in which he shows how he practices and uses Sense Arena for himself. From simple drills and shot speeds to really advanced training. The most important is to always see the puck - so remember - eyes go always first! The sessions take approx. 30 to 35 min.
Vojtěch Fiala
I created a six day program in which I show how I use Sense Arena for Read and React training in the OZ. From passing drills based on a quick reaction to your opponents move to advanced teamplays. Main part of each training focuses on OZ, but first you have to show your reaction a peripheral vision in multitask drills. . The sessions take approx. 18 min.
Stop It Goaltending
Welcome to this eight lesson training program focusing first on establishing the right goalie stance, moving to play tracking skills, screens and tips. At the end of each day, there is a bit of "game time" to have more fun out of each practice.
Marek Benda
This training program and Sense Arena will help you to adopt a new way of learning as it can dramatically transform the way you play, practice, prepare and learn. This is an amazing tool that will create a new generation of goaltenders and help you to differentiate among your peers.
Lyndsey Fry
Lyndsey knows how important it is for forwards to focus on skills that will help increase their scoring chances and their ability to create plays down low around the net. This plan is designed to help you work on passing, reading specific plays, scoring goals off of rebounds, tips, give'n'go's, and much more!
Bill Ranford
The first four 30 min sessions of this plan I put together are a progression that we use to create a foundation for our goalies, using their hands. The next sessions will incorporate deflection, screens and rush attacks which will develop the foot work component of your goaltending too.
Brian Daccord
This 4-day training plan by Brian Daccord helps you master some of the most important Sense Arena drills that help you be a better goalie on the ice. The program is based on Brian's coaching principles as he always makes sure you take one drill at a time before you start working on the next one. Precision is the key here.
Elev802
Swaggy P and Money Mitch from Elev802 have created a brand new training plan based on their own experiences! This training plan focuses on developing offensive skills in a number of different scenarios around the offensive zone. Pay close attention as the guys provide valuable tips and advice on how to create scoring opportunities .
Filip Pešán
Mr. Pesan has created this plan based on his coaching experiences at both the club and the national team level. The program is focused on reading the game because reading the game well and fast will make your game a lot easier. Listen carefully to the coach for all the tips and have fun.
Dominik Hasek
The Dominator has created this training plan which is focused on the foundations of goaltending as well as simple but valuable details. Listen carefully and try to follow Dominik's advice. It is not always important to do difficult things but to do simple things precisely instead.
Maria Mountain
I help you win more games on the ice by exercising off the ice. I put together an eight days tough stamina workouts series. Add two or three of these workouts to your weekly off-ice routine. Focus on your good on-ice habits, specially when fatigue sets in.
