The Dominator created an 8-day plan that focuses on the foundations of goaltending. Follow Dominik’s advice as he explains how it’s not alway important to be able to do difficult things, but rather to do simple things very precisely to have success!
My training plan is about progression that we use to create a foundation for our LA Kings goalies, using their hands. it also incorporate deflection, screens and rush attacks which will develop the foot work component of your goaltending too.

USA Hockey - Box Control
We are proud to offer new Training Plans created in conjunction with USA Hockey that incorporate the concepts and development of box control skills used and approved by the USA Hockey Staff.
This 4-day training plan is based on Brian's coaching principles as he always makes sure you take one drill at a time before you start working on the next one. Precision is the key here.
