New Season. Fresh Dangles. Explore New DanglePro Drills
NHL Sense Arena just launched 3 brand new DanglePro stickhandling drills to test your reactions, anticipation, speed, and memory while handling the puck. Check out the new additions below and now available in the app!

1. MOT DRILL
How to play: Similar to a shell game, focus on the gold pucks as they move around in front of you, and identify the correct pucks once they stop moving. Don't lose your focus, or you'll lose the puck!
What it works on: Stickhandling isn't just about control, it's also about focus and processing. Hockey players must be able to maintain their mental processing as they advance the puck, while focusing on many different and changing elements in front of them. In this drill, you'll be tested across both control and focus to ensure you can maintain all elements of successful stickhandling.
2. MEMORY REFLEX
How to play: Memorize the colors in front of you, and collect the pucks in the correct order. Heads up - colors will continue to change throughout the drill!
What it works on: Hockey IQ tests a hockey players ability to process several inputs while managing complex physical functions. In this drill, you'll put your mental agility and memory to the test by scanning for the colors in front of you, followed by quick stickhandling to find and collect the correct colors in the correct order.
3. SCRATCH OFF
How to play: Use your stickhandling to quickly scratch and reveal the matching NHL team logo. How quickly can you figure out the puzzle?
What it works on: Hand speed and puck control make strong puck handlers even more dangerous. This drill demands quickness while still asking you to look up and process what's in front of you. The faster your hands move back and forth, the faster you'll discover the answer.
