The Pete Fry Goalie Mindset Module advances the goalie training portfolio inside NHL Sense Arena by directly addressing anxiety, stress, and pre-game nerves. It’s designed for every level, from U12 to Pro, and built to become an essential part of your pre-game and pre-practice routine.

Guided Visualization for Confidence
Visualization is one of the most powerful tools in performance psychology. With Pete Fry’s methodology at its core, this module delivers a structured, automated confidence-building flow.
How It Works
You’ll move through up to 10 real-game situations (approximately 10 minutes total).
Each sequence features:
One shot per situation
The puck going to a predictable location in the net
The purpose is intentional. By knowing exactly where the puck is going, you eliminate uncertainty and allow your brain to focus on perfect technical execution. You rehearse success. You feel clean saves. You experience control. Each save is accompanied by Pete’s guided self-talk, directing your breathing, posture, and internal focus.
The experience can include:

The second phase of the module focuses on high-performance identity statements aligned with Pete Fry’s Goalie Mindset philosophy. Affirmations appear one at a time in bold, clean text directly in front of you. Pete’s voice reads each line with emphasis. You repeat it out loud.
